Casey McLaughlin, President and Field Sales
Casey McLaughlin, co-founder of Pro/Line Marketing Inc.
in 1990 has over 38 years experience as a manufacturer’s
representative specializing in large equipment for the
foodservice and bakery industries. Casey has been President
of Pro/Line since 2004. His duties include territory work
with end users, consultants, dealers and service agents
along with company administration. He is known for his
knowledge of steam equipment, cook chill systems, gas
cooking lines and suites, frying systems and various types
of ovens. His duties include marketing, engineering
assistance, sales management and on going staff training.
Casey was
local MAFSI Chapter 24 President and a MAFSI Board member
for many years. He is CPMR, CFSP, Serve Safe Certified and
has been involved with local charities including the new
kitchen at Teen Challenge, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation
facility in Oakland. |

Malcolm Cerri, Vice President and Field Sales
Malcolm Cerri has been with Pro/Line
Marketing Inc. since 1998, specializing in heavy-duty
equipment for both foodservice and bakery market segments.
He has over twenty years experience as a foodservice
operator, and five years experience as a bakery owner. Vice
President and partner since 2004, his current
responsibilities include sales management, development and
implementation of marketing programs, consultant education,
principle relationship management, and employee development
through ongoing training.
Malcolm is a member of MAFSI, and is CFSP,
CPMR, Serve Safe, and Steam Pro Certified. |

Sue
Lambert-Cerri, Office Manager
Sue
Lambert-Cerri has been with Pro/Line Marketing since 2009 as
Office Manager. She has 22 years of experience in the
mortgage industry. Sue held senior management positions in
customer service and operations. She is responsible for
overall office operations and customer support. |

Natalie Gore, Inside Sales
Natalie
has been with Pro/Line Marketing since 2007. She has 12
years of accounting, office manager, and customer service
experience. Her background also includes computer
programming and the mortgage industry. She is responsible
for quotes, order processing, customer service and sales
support. Natalie was instrumental in creating paperless
order and job tracking systems that have improved our
response to dealers and principals while reducing our
environmental footprint.

Erik Van Orman,
Field Sales
Erik Van Orman has been with Pro/Line
Marketing Inc. since 2005. He has over twenty years of sales
and marketing experience in the foodservice industry. His
responsibilities include working with dealers, consultants,
end-users and service agencies. He has received much praise for
his positive attitude and his ability to help his customers find
solutions.
Erik is a member of MAFSI and is Steam Pro
Certified
